Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Dalab Go mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Dalab Go App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Dalab Go is a technology platform that connects clients seeking transportation with independent drivers in Somalia. Our services include:
- E-Hailing — Bajaj motorcycle taxi rides
- Car rides
- Parcel delivery
- Lorry moving services
Dalab Go acts as a marketplace platform. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Dalab Go.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
- One person may only have one account
- Dalab Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Subscription and Payments
- Use of the App may require a subscription fee as determined by Dalab Go
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Payments are processed securely via EVC Plus (WaafiPay) or Visa/Mastercard (Premier Bank)
- Dalab Go reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
- Expired subscriptions will restrict access to the App until renewed
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse or harm other users or drivers
- Provide false information during registration
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Use the App to transport illegal goods
6. Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Maintain a roadworthy vehicle
- Carry valid vehicle insurance
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Maintain a minimum rating as determined by Dalab Go
- Complete identity verification
7. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel a ride request before a driver accepts
- Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions
- Drivers who frequently cancel accepted rides may be suspended
8. Limitation of Liability
Dalab Go provides a technology platform and is not responsible for:
- The actions or conduct of drivers or clients
- Accidents, injuries or losses occurring during rides
- Loss or damage to property during transportation
- Service interruptions due to technical issues or network failures
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mogadishu, Somalia.
